Let's look at a sample workflow of the TrekNet® MICE:

-  Your organization holds a major exhibition

-  Once visitors/delegates start to visit your exhibition, you enter the visitor's data into the system

-  You then proceed to tag each visitor with a unique bar code label, RFID tag or smart card.

-  You then enter the barcode/RFID numbers into TrekNet® MICE, which allows you to assign descriptors to each individual visitor.

-  These descriptors allow you to input characteristics such as type of visitor, where they come from, what product they are interested in and any other criteria

-  You can now monitor and report the data after the trade show via TrekNet®’s reporting function
